  Complete the return form included in your original shipment or download it from our website to specify the reason for return.

  Ship the Items

  Send your package to our Warsaw warehouse using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and documented delivery.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
